Butterfly Utopia Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus the actual shipping cost (often more than the $4.99 shipping charged). Riker Mounts may not be returned if the frame has been opened.  Unspread butterflies may not be returned if they have been hydrated, spread, or handled in any way that might cause damage.

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know asap and send pictures when contacting us.  We will always replace a damaged item at no cost to you, sometimes it will be necessary to return the item first.  We have been shipping items since 2001 and use adequate cushioning, so damage is rare.  If you return an item, please return it the same way it arrived.
